Franklin Cron (A.K.A. “Rusty”) has been a Branson West troublemaker for quite a long time. In this video, the man from Ava, Darrell McClanahan, calls the Stone County Sheriff as a result of Cron’s alleged assault against him.
No surprise that Cron just happens to be the right hand man of Artie Ayres, the slumlord of Branson West. Check it out….

Put up or shut up, McClanahan…
Franklin Cron has had a restraining order taken out on him by the author of this blog. On Thursday, September, 24th, 2009, at 8:30 AM, there will be a hearing to determine Cron’s status and whether the order will be lifted or set for the next 180 days. McClanahan has been foretold of the hearing and will have an opportunity to testify against Cron. But does he have the balls to do so? Only time will tell. Stay tuned, folks!

Between a rock and a hard place…
Sources say that Cron has briefly escaped the law by hiding out. Since then, he has returned to his mobile home on wretched Roark Lane. If Cron shows up at Stone County Circuit Court tomorrow morning, he will surely be arrested on the spot. If he doesn’t show up, the Court will surely sign a long-term restraining order against him.
